The evolution of Breathe with Tiffany
On Saturday, I led my fourth Breathe with Tiffany experience. Each one is becoming a little more me, and I love that I'm still receiving downloads on how it wants to evolve. When I first started, I felt like I was replicating the Breathwork sessions that I had previously attended. It was a "wham bam, thank you ma'am" kind of experience. Show up. Share what to expect. Breathe and send you on your way.
After hosting the first Breathe with Tiffany, I realized that "wham bam, thank you ma'am" is not my style. I am an experience creator. I invite people into a magical container of healing, growth, and potential. Perhaps it's my Scorpio nature, but I can't resist the desire to take people on a journey to the places they may not be willing to go alone.
Yes, I could get you to a blissed out state in an hour. But I would much rather walk alongside you as you uncover the real gems that are hidden within the depths of your body and soul. The gems that change how you show up in the world and allow you to be your most authentic self because nothing is holding you back anymore. That's the kind of work I love, so that is the kind of experience I am creating for others.
My first step in that direction was adding a grounding meditation and invocation to the second Breathe with Tiffany. This allowed the participants to hear my own process for inviting my Spirit Guides to assist with the healing. Adding these two components was my way of adding a bit of my own spiritual practice into the mix. After the event was done, I knew I had taken a step in the right direction, but I also knew that I had a few more things to add.
For the third Breathe with Tiffany, I received guidance that the Sacred Journal Space (a journaling event that I hosted several times in 2020) wanted to be combined with breathwork. That little intuitive download made so much sense! Adding the contemplation element would allow me to create the intimate and personal experience that I had desired for each individual while still allowing the event as a whole to grow to serve hundreds.
The other thing I added to the third experience was a second intuitive energy healer. I asked my best friend to join me in doing energy work for the group, and the difference that made blew me away. Now that I've added that level of support to an experience, I can't imagine hosting without her.
In the latest Breathe with Tiffany, I didn't change much about the format or logistics. The biggest change was allowing myself to fully relax into the magical container I had created. I let myself trust my experience, intuition, and preparation in a way that I can't quite describe with words yet. All I know is that it felt like the next level of trust and surrender. I wasn't worried that I would say the wrong thing or be too far out there for anyone. I just spoke my truth and allowed my heart to be seen by every person who attended.
I'm sure the Breathe with Tiffany experience will continue to grow and evolve over the months and years ahead. And I look forward to the day when I can look back at this article and say thank you to the part of me who was brave enough to build the thing that she wanted to do in this world.
